How do I save my recipes from Mealime?

How do I get my data out of MealBright?
In the app, go to Settings, then Your data, then Download my data. You get a file with your household’s recipes, plans, lists, members, and settings. Deleting your account is on the same screen.
The Save button didn’t work. What should I send you?
Tell us which browser you used and what the box in the corner said. Please don’t send your Mealime password or the backup file; we never need either.
